SAUNA IN VIIKINSAARI
Relax in the island’s sauna equipped with a traditional wood-burning stove. Sauna is open for public on certain days. Sauna can be rented for private use as well.

The lakeside sauna is located on the south shore of the island, on Pirkkala side. The walk from the boat dock is short. Sauna can fit 30 persons at once. There are separate changing rooms, toilets and showers for men and women.
The dock by the sauna is your access to relaxing waves of Lake Pyhäjärvi. There’s also an old-fashioned outdoor bathing tub from where you can admire the lake scenery.
Public sauna sessions every day from 15-18, subject to ship operations.

Sauna fee: 7 € / adult, 5 € / child (3-12 years),
Family ticket (includes 2 adults and 2 children) 20 €,
to be paid at the Viikinsaari info.

The sauna fee does not include the ferry ride.

DRINKS FOR THE SAUNA
We deliver drinks to the sauna from Restaurant Viikinsaari at retail prices, according to your choice, by pre-order.
The quantity you order will be delivered to the sauna in advance and placed in the fridge, and the total ordered quantity will be invoiced.

OTHER SERVICES
​
Towels and toiletries can be reserved for the sauna by pre-ordering. A gas grill is also available for rent at the sauna with advance booking.
